About Me

My cousin got me into coding at the age of 11. Wanting to build my own video games led me to many more years of self-directed learning. I am now studying Computer Science hoping to translate the coding abilities I learned from personal game development experiences into a wider range of applications. I like building things and learning how complicated things work, I find it rewarding and I like acquiring more skills to use for my future personal projects.

You've probably already figured out I like tech and can judge my abilities from the rest of this website, so here's where I'll try to convey what I'm like as a person to have on your team. I can talk a lot sometimes, mainly because I like forming relationships with my peers and trying to create a enjoyable work environment for myself. I like the feeling of being able to celebrate progress as a team, it makes me more willing to put in an extra effort to go above and beyond for my peers, and effectively a better worker. I enjoy doing well at things as do most people in life, and especially in regards to my professional work, so I am very open to feedback as I find satisfaction in knowing I'm doing my part for a team. I have always maintained positive relationships with all of my previous co-workers, and have been complimented on being a fun workplace presence by multiple managers. Given opportunities to step-up to large tasks, I like to try and defy the odds and will find a means to the solution one way or another, the idea of unsolved problems annoy me and I try to avoid it when possible.

I hope you've enjoyed viewing my portfolio and I am always open to questions via email.
